Normally I find some good deals here but I guess with the holidays upon us Christmas items are taking over the majority of the store. There is an overstock of Christmas items right now. Very nice selection if you are doing early gift shopping which I wasn't.

New. Very clean and spacious, with a perfect setup for social distancing. But like so many Ross stores, it lacks items and products for sale. I like this store and its friendly staff, and it's located in a very beautiful area.

I get most of my essentials from Ross, great clothes for great prices. Only sometimes, some of their clothes are somewhat messed up, it is very rare though but I guess some customers are just not very happy. Some racks, especially the wallet rack, is often messy and have empty boxes that employees are too lazy to organize. I suggest looking at other Ross locations as well because others are more stocked than this location and have better clothing selections, it’s just luck usually. Reason brand is what they usually have for men.

Store is well organized and had decent inventory. The only issue I had was the cashier experience. I was actually denied a larger bag for my items even though they had bags. The cashier (older woman) admitted to conserving bags because they have an issue with replenishments. That should not be the customers problem. I am a paying customer and if I need a larger bag I shouldn't have to deal with an employees salty attitude about giving me a bag. I will not be returning to this store. The last thing I need is an attitude from your workers when I am spending my hard earned money. DO BETTER ROSS.

Victory the ross with the smallest selection had what I needed cleats the store was a little less organized but they got the job done the line was short an check out was fast.. Would you belive I paid less than 40$.. Alma was very welcoming she made me comfortable....

Bad customer service. Irresponsible staff. Went in there for some active wears and the store had issue on their computer system so couldn’t check out the customers. Was told to get the stuff on hold and come back the next day..guess what?! Went back and they said they already put the stuff back in the shelves and they don’t hold for customer regardless! Wasting people’s time and money to go back and the lady acted like it’s my own problem to shop there. Yes lesson learned I won’t spend a dime there going forward! Amazon has much better service then you guys. Very poor management.
